No stock rooms full of identical units waiting to be sold. Only what is ordered, and only when it is ordered, is made. This is not a limitation. It is our definition of luxury.
A craft, not an industry.
Spain has a long relationship with natural fibres, with wool, with wood, with the patience that handwork demands. Sivana was born from that tradition, and from a conviction that true rest cannot be rushed onto a production line. Every material we use is certified before it ever reaches an artisan’s hands: GOTS for organic textiles, Eco-Institut and OEKO-TEX for purity and safety. What arrives at our workshop has already proven itself worthy of what we will make with it.
Made to order. Made to last.
Selection. Each material is chosen for what it does for sleep — horsehair for its natural resilience, wool for its ability to regulate temperature, linen for its breathability, never for what it costs to source.
Hand-finishing. Every layer is placed, stitched and tufted by hand. It is slower. It is also the only way to guarantee that nothing is compromised.
Verification. Before a mattress leaves our workshop, it is inspected piece by piece — not by machine, but by the same hands that made it.
Proof of origin.
Every Sivana mattress is delivered with its own Pasaporte de Origen, a physical record of where its materials came from and who shaped them, paired with a digital layer that lets you trace its story for as long as you own it. Mastery, to us, means nothing is anonymous. Not the wool. Not the wood. Not the hands that made your bed.
