We are so confident in the quality of all our materials and manufacturing techniques that we offer our customers a comprehensive 10-year warranty. The perfection of our manufacturing technique and brand identity allows us to follow a rigorous manufacturing and monitoring process that ensures every detail of quality. In the unlikely event that any imperfection should arise in a Sivana product derived from the Sivana brand. In the event of an error during the manufacturing process, we undertake to repair or replace the product free of charge. Wear and tear of the product is not considered as a reason for activation of the warranty. Sivana’s comprehensive warranty, on all the products we manufacture, applies to defects within the natural life cycle and we will identify the origin of the cause in order to find the best solution.

In the top layers of all our mattresses we use extraordinary combinations of the best natural fibres. Cotton is highly breathable, wool fibres areincredibly thermo-regulating, horsehair has moisture- absorbing properties as does coconut, while flax eliminates and dissipates static electricity. Their combination helps us to initiate the base of sleep much faster and keep the base of deep sleep stable and long-lasting. Simply wonderful.
